What this is

Only What Matters is an aggregator of public disclosures and public news. It surfaces three kinds of material:

• News — AI-summarized daily briefings derived from publicly available news headlines and market data, archived in a public GitHub repository.
• Moves — institutional position changes drawn from mandated public filings: SEC Form 13F (quarterly institutional holdings), U.S. Congressional Periodic Transaction Reports (PTR), and other public asset disclosures.
• Impact tags — descriptive labels (Money / Skill / Power / Health / Geo / Attention) attached to news items to help users group and filter.

What this is not

• Not investment advice.
• Not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset.
• Not a brokerage, investment advisory, or financial planning service.
• Not a research report. The summaries are AI-generated condensations of public sources; they are not independent analyst research.
• Not a real-time data service. Filings appear in the app only after they appear in the public source, which can be delayed by 45 days (PTR) or up to 45 days after quarter-end (13F).

Source attribution

• 13F holdings are reproduced from filings indexed at SEC EDGAR (sec.gov). Issuer / filer names belong to their owners.
• PTR (Congressional periodic transactions) are reproduced from filings hosted by the U.S. House Clerk (disclosures-clerk.house.gov) and the U.S. Senate Office of Public Records.
• Public asset disclosures (e.g. presidential financial disclosures) are reproduced from official government repositories.
• News briefings are AI-generated condensations of public news headlines and Yahoo Finance market data, archived in the public GitHub repository financial-market-report-archive-from-finance-jeffliulab-com.

About the Impact tags

The six Impact tags are descriptive, not predictive. Tagging a news item as Money or Power is a categorization to help users navigate; it does not represent a forecast, a price target, or an opinion on the desirability of any action. Impact tags are not personalized recommendations.

About Personalized Impact

The optional Personalized Impact feature lets you weight the six dimensions (Money / Skill / Power / Health / Geo / Attention) to reorder existing tags by your interest. The feature only sorts and weights the public material the app already shows; it does not generate any natural-language recommendation, alert, or buy / sell signal. Your weights are stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy).

Reader responsibility

Investing involves risk, including the risk of loss. Public filings can be amended, restated, or contain errors. Aggregations and summaries can lose nuance present in the source documents. You are responsible for your own decisions. Where appropriate, consult a licensed financial professional and review the original public source before acting on any information surfaced by the app.

Company names, ticker symbols, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the app is incidental to summarizing public information and does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
